Founded by Cody and Miranda in 2016, We are a Dedicated family of Pet Loving breeders and Trainers, Based in Texas.
At CodyShihTzus, we’re more than just breeders we’re lifelong dog lovers with a true passion for Shih Tzus.
What began as a love for this affectionate and loyal breed has grown into a heartfelt mission: to raise happy, healthy, and well-socialized puppies, and to connect them with families who will cherish them as much as we do.

At CodyShihTzu, we raise all of our puppies in a loving, home-based environment where they are surrounded by care, attention, and plenty of affection. From the moment they’re born, our puppies are gently handled, introduced to everyday household sights and sounds, and nurtured to develop into confident, well-socialized companions.
We prioritize both health and temperament in our breeding program. All of our parent dogs are carefully health-tested and selected not just for their stunning looks, but for their sweet, loving personalities and solid temperaments. When you welcome a puppy from us into your home, you can trust they’ll come with up-to-date vaccinations, regular deworming, and a health guarantee – fully prepared to become a happy, healthy member of your family.

We know how important it is to find a new companion who carries that same special spark you’ve grown to love. That’s why we’re here to help you find the perfect Shih Tzu to welcome into your home.
Every puppy from us comes with a 1-year health guarantee, a full veterinary exam, and is up to date on all vaccinations. To help make their transition smoother, we also send each puppy home with a thoughtful care package, including a starter food kit and their favorite toy.
