-Airline Approved Kennels: The carriers we use are specifically designed and approved for airline travel to ensure your puppy’s comfort and safety.

• Seamless Experience: Our Puppy Shipping Service is built to provide a worry-free and safe experience for both you and your puppy. We understand how eager you are to meet your new family member, and we work hard to make the process as quick and easy as possible.

• Personal Pickup: You are welcome to visit us Monday
  through Saturday, 8 AM – 5 PM to pick up your puppy in person. A refundable $300 reservation deposit is required before your visit.

• Pet Courier Service: We work with trusted professional pet couriers to ensure your puppy is transported with the utmost care and attention.
• Flexible Timing: Depending on your location, you may receive your puppy the same day, next day, or within 72 hours of reservation.
• Express Delivery: Expedited delivery options are available upon request for faster shipping.

2. Ownership Transfer and Responsibilities
   Once your new puppy is handed over, ownership is officially transferred to you. If you’re unable to receive your puppy at the scheduled time, the adoption contract will be voided, and you’ll receive a full refund. After the puppy is in your care, it’s your responsibility to provide them with love, attention, and proper care to help them thrive in their new home.
3. Health Preparation and Care
   Before your puppy starts their journey home, a licensed veterinarian conducts a thorough health examination to ensure they are healthy and ready for travel. Each puppy is:

• Vaccinated
• Dewormed
• Microchipped for identification and safety

We also provide a health certificate confirming your puppy’s excellent condition, giving you peace of mind that your new furry friend is healthy and ready to join your family.

4. Choosing the Right Delivery Option
   Delivery & Shipping Options
   We do not ship puppies via cargo because we want to ensure that our puppies are always in safe hands. While we’ve never had major issues in the past, we prefer alternative methods to ensure your new furry friend travels safely and comfortably.
   Here are the delivery options we offer:

• Personal Delivery
  Doris and I can personally drive your puppy to you at a rate of $1.00 per mile round trip. In most cases, we meet at a public location in your town, rather than delivering to your home.
• Personal Flight Delivery
  If you prefer, Doris and I can fly with your puppy in the cabin to an airport of your choice. The cost depends on flight prices at the time of booking, and we will work with you to find the best option.
• Flight Nanny Service
  We also work with a licensed flight nanny who will accompany your puppy in the cabin to your nearest airport. Prices typically range from $300 to $700, and we’ll confirm the exact cost when booking.

• Airport Pickup (IAH)
  If you’d like to fly in to pick up your puppy, we can meet you at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) free of charge.
  You’ll be responsible for booking your own flight and an airline-approved pet carrier. Be sure to check with us before booking, as some airlines don’t allow pets in the cabin.
• Meeting Halfway
  If you’re driving to pick up your puppy, we’re happy to meet you within an hour of our location at no additional charge. Just let us know, and we’ll find a convenient spot.
  Important Note About Flying & Diet
  If your puppy will be flying, we recommend ordering at least one batch of their raw diet in advance, as it must remain frozen and can’t be sent on flights due to airline regulations. Having the raw diet ready when your puppy arrives will help with a smooth transition.

  Shipment Day Protocol
  Before your puppy is shipped, we record a video to showcase that they are healthy, happy, and ready to join their new family.
  The video will include a close-up of:
